A Minneapolis police officer fired after a video showed him using a Taser to subdue a suspect wants his job back. The video showing officer Todd Lappegaard Tasering a man in the neck during an arrest in April made for disturbing television when it was released in November after the suspect sued Lappegaard and the Minneapolis Police Department.
