A Minneapolis SWAT team member charged in the takeover-style robbery of a suburban bank is no longer a member of the Minneapolis police force. Twenty-eight-year-old Timothy Carson of Rosemount is charged in federal court with one count of bank robbery for allegedly holding up a Wells Fargo in Apple Valley.
